Useful details to include
- For a site problem: page URL, device/browser and what you expected to happen.
- For a guide correction: the official source link and the date you checked it.
- For a claim question: the advertised serial and exact source documents, with the distinction between a seller claim and an agency record.
Avoid emailing sensitive exact collecting locations or personal records unless needed. We cannot grant land access or verify claim title through a message.
